YI FEI ZHAO

Yifei Zhao, who graduated from the Department of Ballet at Beijing Dance Academy, is now the artistic director of Liaoning Ballet of China and executive principal of Ballet School of Liaoning Ballet of China. He is a national Level I art director. He devoted himself to ballet teaching with strictness and a unique teaching method. As an experienced teacher, he trained a lot of professional ballet talent. He served as a judge in many international youth ballet competitions. Under his guidance, his students won many prizes in Chinese and international competitions, such as the 2012 Helsinki International Dance Competition, 2012 and 2013 Seoul International Dance Competition, and the 2011 Beijing International Ballet Invitational for Dance Schools. Amazingly, his students also made a clean sweep of the Varna International Ballet Competition in 2012 and 2014. Thus, he became the “Advisor of Gold Medals” because his students won gold awards in the world’s top 4 international ballet competitions.
