Born in Vladivostok, Russia, Mag. Oleksandr Maslyannikov acquired his ballet education from The Kiev National University of Culture and Arts, Ukraine in 2007. Further experiences were collected at the Theatre Altenburg-Gera, Germany as a Demi-soloist, as well as at the Vienna State Opera from 2004-2015 as a ballet dancer. Since September 2015, he has been the director of his ballet school Maslyannikov-Académie de Danse in Vienna, Austria.

Field of Teaching

Floor Barre: Oleksandr Maslyannikov follows the Knyazev Method to strengthen and prepare the muscles for ballet training, which includes the stretching of muscles and the spine.
Classical Ballet: Based on the Vaganova Method, Oleksandr Maslyannikov teaches all ages from 10 years upwards.
Repertoire: Preparation and training of different variations.
